This is the floppy disk distribution of SunOS 4.0.3c International
for sun4c. It's supposed to run on SPARCstation 1, 1+ and IPC.
These images were created with Linux's dd.
All that stuff is a 1989 (c) Sun Microsystems Inc.
The part numbers are 702-1127-10 Rev.A for the Install/Recovery
and 702-1080-10 Rev.A for the SunOS disks.

happy hacking

The 2.4, 2.6, and 2.9 Boot PROM modes do not support SunOS 4.0.3c or SunOS 4.1. Set the NVRAM parameter version2? to false to enable the 1.7 Boot PROM mode.

/README:
README for creating a miniroot
1. use "format" to format and/or label the disk as needed
2. "eject" the munixfs diskette ("B") if not already ejected
3. set the variable "disk" to sd0, sd1 or whatever is appropriate
        example# disk=sd0
4. run the extract script by sourceing it
        example# . /extract
5. follow its instructions
6. when the shell prompts (with "#"), enter:
        reboot sd(0,<UNIT#>,1) -sw
where "<UNIT#>" is the unit number, ie 0 for sd0, 1 for sd1, etc.
if that fails, do an L1-A or power cycle to reboot.
